Refund Processing Timelines

Once your claim is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method:

Replacements

Where possible, we prefer to offer a replacement delivery over a refund so you get your fresh fruits without delay. Replacements are subject to availability and dispatched on the next available delivery slot in your area at no additional charge.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, physical returns are not accepted. All claims are handled remotely via photographs and descriptions. Please do not discard items before we have reviewed your claim, as we may request additional images.

Subscription Orders

If you are on a subscription plan and experience a quality issue, the same 24-hour policy applies. Persistent quality concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may pause or cancel your subscription with a prorated refund if we are unable to resolve the issue.
